Terms of Service

The service

WholesalerHQ ("we", "us") provides a software-as-a-service customer relationship management tool ("the Service") to real estate wholesalers ("you", "the customer").

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You're responsible for what your team members do under your account. Don't share your account, don't try to reverse-engineer the platform, and don't use it for anything illegal.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Trials are free for 14 days; we charge your card on day 15 unless you cancel. Annual plans are non-refundable except as required by law. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime — you keep access through the end of the billing period.

Founder lifetime pricing

The Founder plan ($29/mo) is limited to the first 20 customers and locked in for life as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel a Founder subscription, you cannot reclaim the Founder pricing on a new account.

Your data

You own all data you put into the Service. We store it, back it up, and let you export it as CSV anytime. We don't sell it.

Uptime & support

We aim for 99.5%+ uptime. Email support is included on all paid plans; response time depends on your plan tier.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect.
