What's the catch on the Founder plan?
No catch. The first 20 customers get $29/mo locked in for life as a thank-you for taking a bet on a new product. We use your feedback to shape the roadmap, and you get a permanent below-cost rate. Once 20 are claimed, the Founder plan disappears forever.
Do I really not need a credit card to start?
Correct. Start your 14-day trial with just an email. We only ask for billing info if you want to keep using WholesalerHQ on day 15.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Pro-rated billing means you only pay the difference for the rest of your cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export every lead, buyer, and deal as CSV anytime — before, during, or after cancellation. We don't hold your data hostage.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes — if WholesalerHQ doesn't help you close at least one extra deal in your first 30 days as a paying customer, email us and we'll refund the month. No hoops.
