What we collect

Account info (name, email, company, password hash), billing info (handled by Stripe — we never see your card), and the data you put into WholesalerHQ (leads, buyers, deals, documents).

How we use it

To run the service. To send you product updates and billing notifications. To respond when you contact support. We do not sell your data and we do not use your operational data to train AI models.

Where it lives

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Backups are encrypted. Servers are in the United States.

Your rights

Export everything as CSV anytime. Delete your account anytime — we wipe your data within 30 days of cancellation. Email hello@wholesalerhq.com with any privacy questions.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We use first-party analytics to count page views. No third-party advertising trackers.
